Principle & Experience
Ken Sampson in 1985 at the age of twenty-two established his first construction company a successful landscaping design and masonry business, which then expanded to complete concepts of swimming pools and pool cabanas. His employees are responsible and qualified craftsman.

Ken also has an extensive background in architecture design and in-dept knowledge of soil analysis, blueprints and structural engineering, which extends from permits to contracts. In addition, during the last ten years, Ken has been a successful superintendent of four major custom homes as well as general contractor for numerous projects from the ground up. His career in contracting and construction expands in over twenty year period, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of home building from bathrooms to kitchens and from steel structure elements to Venetian plaster on walls. His creative experience and knowledge along with materials and choices he can bring to your home make an exceptional finish product. Ken has been in the construction field for many years.

Ken Sampson has also built two custom homes in 2004 and 2007 one in the prestigious Hidden Hills gated community a 4000/sqft home with a 1400/sqft guest house on a one acre of land, second a celebrity home a 6300/sqft gated on a half acre of land in Tarzana. Ken built and supervised both homes from the ground up and general contracted with his subcontractors and his qualified craftsmen.
